The Liz Earle ‘Cleanse and Polish’

Liz Earle is known for their amazing natural products and mostly their iconic ‘Cleanse and Polish’. It is a 2 step cleanser that contains rosemary, chamomile, cocoa butter and eucalyptus which gives a gorgeous natural scent. You can buy Liz Earle from lots of different shops now; however I managed to find a really good deal on the 5 piece Beautiful Skin Collection from QVC for £34.50 (which at the time was on easy pay; only £11.50 for 3 months!)

The set included 200ml and 30ml cleanse and polish, 50ml eyebright soothing eye lotion, 50ml instant boost skin tonic, 15ml skin repair moisturizer for dry/sensitive skin and 2 muslin cloths.

This has to be an all-time favorite product of mine and it is just like a mini facial at home. This product has been great at helping to clear my skin and making it less dry. You place a small amount on your fingers and gently massage the thick cream in circular motions around your face. It is designed to deep cleanse whilst also gently exfoliating. The set comes with a muslin cloth which is used for step two. You wet the cloth under warm water and place it on your face and let it break down all the makeup and other impurities. You then gently wipe away the cleanser taking all the makeup with it.

The mini cleanse and polish is perfect for summer holidays and overnight trips. It means you can have the best skincare product with you wherever you go without having to carry around the big bottle.

I have always wanted to try more of the Liz Earle products, but because I am so fussy with my skin care I didn’t want to pay for full size bottles just in case it wasn’t suitable for my skin or irritated my rosacea. The bottles that came with this set are a perfect size to take away if you travel or if you just want to trial it out.

I cannot wait to update my skincare routine and start using all of my new products.

Have you tried the cleanse and polish, what do you think?
